2. What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
3. Why we process it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage the commercial relationship that may follow. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (art. 6.1.b).
4. Where it is stored
Data submitted through this site is stored on infrastructure operated by Lovable and Supabase, with EU-based data storage. Access is restricted to authorised LQ personnel.
5. Retention
Contact-form data is kept only as long as necessary for the follow-up, and in any event no longer than 24 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to the contact address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version applies to any data processed after its publication date.
